This is my current extensive routine and protocols for my health and life longevity. Inspired to put this together after speaking and seeing Ikarus’s daily protocol and and of course Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint. The field of lifespan is incredibly interesting and important to me since the last year or so (even getting friends and family into it). And the science of lifespan and our understanding of this is still nascent. Sharing different ways of doing things and increasing how long we can live I think is really interesting. So here’s mine. In no way is this complete or the most scientific methods.

❤️ Resting heart rate (avg) = 51 bpm

💗 Heart Rate Variability (HRV avg) during sleep = 148ms [Jan = 119ms] (higher is better, 20-100 is “good”. Increase over time shows fitness improvement) — best achieved 201 HRV.
